self defense class will implement the basics of the gracie combatives system. teaching you how to be better prepared and overall more confident to defend yourself on the street.
Jiu jitsu clas will include learning the basic techniques and movements used in jiu jitsu. great way to have fun, loose weight and learn!
Children’s class, will be a safe and fun learning experience with focus on structure, discipline, teamwork and FUN.
Jiu jitsu for kids ages 3-4 more concentrated on teaching basic positions and learning structure and teamwork.
Jiu jitsu for kids ages 5-13. teaching basic self defense and sport jiu jitsu with emphasis on honor, respect, integrit, and FUN.
